Email ginapetteysdesign@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Item must be shipped back to me within 30 days of customer receiving item. Original shipping cost will not be refunded and customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not received as stated above, return or exchange will be void.
If exchanging an item, return shipping and shipping cost of new piece to be mailed out will be the responsibility of customer. Please read the details of the item you are buying.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR ART JEWELRY
Your handcrafted jewelry has had multiple coats of the highest quality sealer applied to protect its' finish. To maintain the beauty of your wearable art~ Keep it dry. Please remove before bathing, swimming, sweating (if piece is in contact with skin) and before using any skin, cleaning or hair products. Consider an up-do if hair is saturated in product. Avoid hot steam when wearing piece. Store in a clean dry space and keep jewelry free from other metals that may scratch it.
